Rectory of Santa María de Gonzar

R ectory house of large dimensions and acceptable state of preservation. Both the external walls and the roof are in good condition. It has a very large land surrounding the house totally closed by a stone wall. The building (pazo) is dated in 1857. Its plan is rectangular, with a basement and two floors. Bearing walls in rubble masonry plastered and painted in white with wooden frameworks. Wooden ceiling and home-made tiles for the gable roof. Stone chimney, two long balconies and small iron balcony. It also has sheds, a fountain and a mill. The garden keeps singular species. In state of neglect.
